Istanbul University Solar Observatory (ISO)
Observations are made by Deparment of the Astronomy and Space Sciences since 1950. There are approxiametly 17.000 papers in archive of the Solar Observatory. All of these paper were scanned and publish two years ago by asistance students after scanned all papers. You can look into this archive website. In ISO, sunspots are drawn by observers daily.
First observation (test observation) was performed by German scientist Wolfgang Gleissberg. Since 2009, reduction of papers is realized with CAMS programme.
